Concentrated Pinot Noir with dark cherry, strawberry and blackcurrant framed by rose and liquorice. Vigorous and chewy in youth, it carries substantial structure, layered fruit and impressive length, gradually softening into leather, truffle and game notes. A serious cellar-minded Burgundy for rib steak, roast duck, lamb or rich, soft-centred cheeses.

Field berries and wild flowers lead the aroma, followed by raspberry, ripe cherry, cassis and a light anise note. Floral and incense details sit beside the fruit, with savoury spice appearing through the palate. The tannins are evident but smooth, and a mineral element supports the fruit. Cherry, spice and floral notes carry into the long, documented finish.
