Fronsac
Les Troix Croix 2019 Fronsac
A polished Fronsac with sun-warmed blackberry, cocoa and vanilla over an earthy mineral note. The palate is generous yet composed, with smooth tannins carrying the dark fruit into a long, gently savoury finish. Its balance of ripeness and structure suits roast beef, braised lamb, mushrooms or an unhurried dinner built around deeply flavoured dishes.
Château Clos du Roy 2019 Fronsac
Blackberry, mulberry and dark plum meet dried herbs, cocoa and a restrained touch of toast. The palate is medium-bodied and fresh, with fine tannins bringing shape to juicy dark fruit and a subtle graphite note. Balanced rather than heavy, it closes with quiet savoury detail, gentle spice and a polished finish.
Dalem 2018 Fronsac
Deep garnet-purple, with baked blueberry, kirsch, redcurrant jelly and earthy truffle aromas. The palate is full-bodied and generous, layering black fruit with brighter red-fruit accents and a firm, velvety structure. A refreshing lift keeps the finish poised. Pair with roast lamb, braised beef, duck or aged hard cheese.
