Licorice, tar and a stony note frame the documented profile, with leather, violet, cherry and strawberry adding aromatic detail. The palate carries meaty depth, healthy tannins and a firm, silky texture. A long, complete and slightly tannic finish follows. The blend is led by Grenache with Syrah and Mourvèdre, fermented without destemming and raised in large old foudres.
