The palate is medium-bodied and smooth, bringing toasted grain and rich caramel into balance with a crisp lager finish. It has more depth than a pale lager without becoming heavy or sweet. Serve cold with grilled steak, tacos al pastor, mole, roasted mushrooms or aged cheddar, where the malt character can meet savoury flavours comfortably.
