Clement Lavallee 2022 Chablis
The 2022 Chablis Villages comes from a 2.5Ha plot of 35-year-old vines picked at 35 hl/ha and sees 12 months ageing on the lees. This estate cuvée displays a tension worthy of the greatest village level Chablis. The 2022 Chablis is distinguished by its purity and freshness, with aromas of citrus, white flowers and hints of flint, typical of the terroir. The palate is lively, carried by a beautiful acidic tension and a clean finish, supported by a marked minerality. This wine embodies finesse, with remarkable precision and balance. Pillot et Laurent Romaine 2022 Bourgogne Rouge
Vibrant aromas of ripe cherry, raspberry, and red currant, accented by hints of liquorice and a touch of earthy minerality. On the palate, it delivers juicy red fruit flavors, balanced by lively acidity and supple tannins, with a subtle spice and herbaceous undertone. Ferran 2019 Pessac-Leognan
Chateau Ferran is located in exceptional terroir, adjoining some of the most famous wines of the Pessac-Léognan appellation. The Château Ferran vineyard stretches over 18 hectares of vines planted on slightly gravelly Miocene limestone-clay ridges. The grape varieties here are 70% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Petit Verdot. Fresh, full, and versatile; this red will not disappoint.
