Yalumba 2017 The Menzies Cab Sauv
Graham's Vintage 1983 is a sweet fortified wine considered to be a muscular wine, powerful and age worthy. Black fruit mingles with spice, mint and eucalyptus notes that cause a delicious burst of flavours in the mouth. Purplish-black colour in the glass, balanced, with silky tannins lead to a long, lingering finish.

Kristinus 2020 Lunel Muscat Pet-Nat
Ancestral Sargamuskotaly is a beautiful Pet Nat made from 100% Yellow Muscat grapes. Kristinus has conjured up a wonderful refreshment for adults in the bottle. The taste is reminiscent of passion fruit - pineapple spritzer paired with orange peel, wild herbs and a nice lime note.
That beautiful muscatel Pet Nat was crafted using the Ancestral method. The essence of this technique is that the fermenting juice is bottled after a few hours of skin contact, thanks to which we find the fine, natural bubbles in the glass.
Tip from the winery: Open carefully! Cool it well before opening and make sure you have a couple of glasses ready.

Granbazan 2022 Etiquetta Verde
This exquisite and fresh albarino is grown in a granite-rich soil, with vines over 35 years old. The wine is highly influenced by the proximity to the Atlantic Ocean, showing a distinct saline character. The result is a thirst-quenching wine tinged with lemon lime and fresh green apple, a style that will kick off your aperitif on a high note! A prime pairing for fish, shellfish, and other coastal fare.
