This charming 2019 Bordeaux is notable for a garnet-red robe of great intensity. Black cherry, leather, licorice and spice are front and centre. On the nose, it is characterized by aromas of strawberries blended with brioche. The mouth-feel entices with ample richness and fullness leading to a memorable finish.
Harmonious and long on the palate, the ideal accompaniment to a leg of lamb with herbs or goat’s cheeses. Excellent to serve between 16 & 17°C.

The mouth is round and full, showing aged refinement and a balanced combination of fruit flavours, complemented by delicate tannins that linger through the long finish. Barrel-aged for 12 months in French Oak.

Lovely deep red colour, dark even. Black fruit nose, almost all black fruits: cherry, blackberry, blackcurrant, cooked blueberry and damsons. Toasted spelt loaf aromas, Havana cigar and cocoa beans (crushed naturally). Full-bodied mouth-feel, firm and already nicely integrated despite the powerful tannins. Serve with risotto with porcini mushrooms.
