Clear Creek Muscat Grappa 375Ml
Aromatic and lifted, this style of grappa leans into the naturally perfumed character of Muscat grapes. Intense notes of orange blossom, ripe peach, lychee and candied citrus peel rise from the glass, with a touch of honeyed sweetness. The palate is supple yet vibrant, balancing floral intensity with fresh fruit and a gentle, warming texture.
Rabasse Charavin 2016 Cairanne
A mature and savoury Southern Rhône red showing evolved aromas of black cherry, dried plum, and blackberry layered with garrigue herbs, leather, and peppery spice. The palate is medium- to full-bodied with softened tannins, offering a balanced core of resolved dark fruit, earthy undertones, and subtle dried herb complexity. Harmonious and well-settled on the finish, with lingering notes of spice, black fruit, and a gentle rustic warmth reflective of classic Cairanne development.

On the nose, Endeavour Origins presents multiple layers of aromas. A compelling gin it is distinctive with bright forest notes underpinned with 25 wild botanicals on a solid BC juniper base.
On the palate, juniper is first detected followed by a delicate interplay of spice and aromatic botanicals providing intrigue and complexity. It finishes with a hint of mint leading to a smooth, seamless and lingering finish. 45% alc./vol.
Pietradolce 2022 Etna Bianco
