Odd Society's iconic Wallflower Gin is infused with British Columbia-grown salal berries to create a West Coast take on the classic British liqueur, sloe gin. Towards the end of every summer, berries are handpicked along coastal B.C., and then steeped in our Wallflower Gin. This year, over 90 per cent of the berries came from remote Haida Gwaii, imparting the 2019 release with wild characteristics that reflect its origin.

The 2022 Chablis is distinguished by its purity and freshness, with aromas of citrus, white flowers and hints of flint, typical of the terroir. The palate is lively, carried by a beautiful acidic tension and a clean finish, supported by a marked minerality. This wine embodies finesse, with remarkable precision and balance.
