Domaine Pelle Menetou-Salon Morogues 2018
Made from several parcels in the village of Morogues. Practicing organic, soils are plowed and completely hand-harvested. Aged in a combo of 70% tank and 30% wood (foudres and used 400L barrels) and for 11 months.
A classic style that is released ready to drink. Quite aromatic on the nose with a rich and powerful palate, quite full bodied for a Sauvignon Blanc and makes a great alternative to Sancerre.

The delicious, ripe, tropical fruit of melon, golden delicious apples, apricots and pineapple reflect the excellent warm growing season. Meanwhile, the mineral character brings about an exciting complexity.
