A classic style that is released ready to drink. Quite aromatic on the nose with a rich and powerful palate, quite full bodied for a Sauvignon Blanc and makes a great alternative to Sancerre.
Clean, bright yellow straw colour. Hints of tropical fruits, peach skin, white flowers (orange blossom) and light herbal notes. Fresh and crisp on the palate, with subtle citrus notes and good persistency.
A superb vintage that has wonderful concentration and backbone, with floral and mineral aromatic complexity, lemon zest, smoke and crushed chalk and glorious mouth filling depth. Fine balance and great finesse, with a capacity to develop. Drink this beauty over the next several years.
Captivating nose melds fresh herbs and cut grass with fresh peach and hints of honey and spice. Supple, rich and fresh - showing the strength of the vintage - offering a lovely touch of sweetness and just enough acidity to its flavours of peach, lemon, flowers and stone.
Intense aromas of sweet herbs such as lemon verbena, star anise, and angelica. Well-balanced yet complex, the smooth, refined and well-rounded palate give way to a slight sweetness with a favourable tinge of bitter.
The elegant and citrus fruit finish fruit finish will leave a fresh and superb aftertaste giving this vermouth a velvety gourmet flair.
