The 2018 Pet-Nat Rose is comprised entirely of organic, sustainably-farmed hand-harvested Pinot Noir. Whole berry clusters were pressed into concrete and stainless steel vessels with spontaneous fermentation. The wine was aged on the lees for 4 months prior to secondary fermentation taking place in state-of-the-art Charmat tanks; which lie on their sides, replicating a bottle en tirage.

On the nose, the mouthwatering aromas of red fruit and berries mingle with notes of orange blossom and summer flowers On the palate, this wine is decidedly effervescent. It literally explodes from the bottle with bubbles en masse. It has great acidity and a wonderful freshness typical of sparkling natural wines. Enjoy it on its own or with salad appetizers and fresh seafood.
Due to the lack of chemical manipulations these wines will appear cloudy and contain sediments, this is not a fault. Please store in a cool place.
