The Felten Family own and manage fifteen individual vineyard blocks of “Old Vine” Zinfandel that range in age from 35 to 110 years old. Each vineyard is planted in sandy loam soils along the Lodi Mokelumne River Region and up into the Clements Foothills. In 1996, the family began to produce Zinfandel for the bulk wine market, selling wine to a number of prestigious, benchmark producers of Zinfandel in Napa and Sonoma Counties. They have one goal: to produce world class wine.

Reverdito Barolo Ascheri 2016
Vineyard: La Morra Production: 4,000 bottles Soil: Marl Barolo produced here is best described as “warm-hearted”. Michele’s Barolo Ascheri comes from the classic chalky soils of La Morra about 250 meters up the steep hillside, inter-planted with several types of grasses and beans to aid biodiversity and soil structure. The resulting wine has an enticing nose of flowers, ripe strawberries and dark cherries, and a good mouthful of plummy ripe elegant fruit. This deceptively mid-weight Barolo has a ton to offer.
Reverdito Barolo DOCG 2016
Production: 16,000 bottles Soil: Marl & Limestone Produced from 25 year old Nebbiolo planted on marl and limestone soils. Grapes are hand harvested and fermentation begins naturally using only indigenous yeasts. Aged 24 months in large 40hL oak casks. Perfect balance, along with enticing anise, mint, and spice aromas; dark plum and cherry flavours; alluring now but with the structure to age.
Reverdito Barolo La Serra 2016
Vineyard: La Morra Production: 2,795 bottles Soil: Limestone, Clay & Sand One of the most famous and respected vineyards in La Morra municipality. Barolo from La Serra is known for its elegance and freshness. Reverdito’s 2016 La Serra is wonderfully silky and refined yet powerful, with all of the lift that is such a signature of this high-altitude vineyard.
Real Agrado Rioja Crianza 2017
Garnacha (50%) and Tempranillo (50%) Clean, bright purple-red colour. Lovely aromas of red and blackberries against a background of roasted notes, anise and cocoa. Very friendly and balanced in the palate, showing good structure and volume but fresh and lightly spicy as well. Smooth and delicious.
Coquard Moulin A Vent 2019
Moulin a Vent is one of the oldest and most renowned Beaujolais Crus. 2019 was a lovely concentrated vintage bursting
La Gabinele Belandes Minervois 2015
Grenache 40 %, Syrah 60 % An incredibly expressive bouquet: peony, violet, white pepper, cocoa, eucalyptus and star anise. An impressive palate from the outset with powerful flavour. The body is vibrant, unctuous and sensual leading to a mineral and acid driven finish. With its power and juiciness, Bélandes goes perfectly with braised lamb, roasted rabbit or roast duck.
Mas Gabinele Faugeres 2017
Syrah 40 %, Grenache 30 %, Carignan 30% Lovely deep red colour, dark even. Black fruit nose, almost all black fruits: cherry, blackberry, blackcurrant, cooked blueberry and damsons. Toasted spelt loaf aromas, Havana cigar and cocoa beans (crushed naturally). Full-bodied mouth-feel, firm and already nicely integrated despite the powerful tannins. Serve with risotto with porcini mushrooms.
Montezemolo Barolo Monfalleto 2018
The Nebbiolo that comes off this property is some of the best in La Morra. Even in challenging vintages the Monfalletto terroir yields Nebbiolo that is both powerful and supple. Insiders know that this is one of the best terroirs in Barolo. 94 points, James Suckling - ‘Muscular and buff for the vintage with plenty of plum, terra-cotta and dry soil aromas and favors. Full body, flavorful finish’. – J Suckling (2012 Vintage)
