Springfield Life From Stone Sauvignon Blanc 2022
Hailed as one of South Africa's premier Sauvignon Blanc wines, Life From Stone is a blockbuster that delivers consistently year after year. It takes its name from the incredibly rocky soils in which it is grown. Intense, stony, minerally Sauvignon with lime, gooseberry, freshly cut green pepper and passionfruit notes. Zippy, zesty, mouthwatering, and utterly delicious. Complex and multi-layered, this is very much a food wine.

Lively wild strawberries and raspberries dance with hints of white pepper, agave, and dried herbs. The palate, fresh and medium-bodied, showcases silky, polished tannins that gracefully coat every corner. A juicy, vibrant finish leaves a delightful herbal charm lingering.

It's complex and rich, with flavours of apricot, nectarine and that vital saline minerality and bright acidity. Try this with white fish or oysters.
