Fleury Rosé Brut
Jean-Pierre Fleury is something of a master craftsman when it comes to making Pinot Noir dominated Champagne. Again the style here owes as much to Burgundy as it does to the grand marques of Champagne. 100% Pinot Noir made by maceration with all of the skins in contact with all of the juice. Most rosés made in this style are very big, but this one is the exception; it is very elegant. In the glass it has a wonderful, fresh Pinot Noir nose of strawberry fruit and forest air intrigue. Richly textured palate with impressive depth and terroir.
Fleury Blanc de Noirs Brut
This is a real deal Champagne from Courteron, a village in the Aube department of Champagne, closer to Chablis than to Reims! Fleury’s methods are as Burgundian as their location. The assemblage of several Pinot Noir vines from different years results in a very expressive and intense Champagne. Fruity and delicate, this very elegant and long-lasting Champagne is classic, smooth and quite rich in style. It is the most exciting all Pinot Noir Blanc de Noir we import. The dosage is very low-- one of the driest Champagnes we have - with a wonderful black cherry fruit quality that reminds us that it is all Pinot. A long and refreshing Champagne that exudes class!
Clos Cibonne Tradition Provence Rosé 2020

Sappy, penetrating and pure, offering intense red berry and spice flavours and a spine of juicy acidity. Long mineral-laced finish. 91 Points Wine Spectator – Top 100 Wines of 2020: Distinctive, with blood orange, tangerine and wet hay notes forming the core, while light herbs and a faint echo of tamarind weave through the finish. Alluring, creamy mouthfeel.
Bunan Belouve Cotes de Provence Rosé 2021
Pale salmon pink hue. Elegant and fruity nose revealing aromas of citrus fruits. A direct and harmonious wine, this is a classic rosé with lingering fruity notes on the finish.
Serge Mathieu Brut Select
80% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Noir. The maison’s grand cuvée. During the harvest, the finest grapes from the top vineyard sites are selected and only the first press juice is used. It is generous and harmonious, with fine, delicate citrus notes on the palate.
Champalou Vouvray Brut
100% Chenin Blanc. A remarkable complexity with a texture that shows both a creamy richness and marked minerality. A fantastic alternative to Champagne, it boasts a floral nose with notes of peaches and melon. The honeyed palate is round with excellent acidity and a deliciously long finish.
