80% Merseguera, 15% Malvasia, 5% Tortosi
Opulent with excellent acidity. A delightful nose of pineapple with a suggestion of banana. Medium-bodied palate with tropical and stone fruit flavours and a delicious mid-length finish.
From the single vineyard ‘La Carte’ in the village of Lugny. A beautifully crafted white Burgundy, rich and creamy, with floral and honey flavours, ending with mineral and grapefruit notes. Beautifully balanced, a wonderful expression of the limestone soils. A delight to drink.
Captivating nose melds fresh herbs and cut grass with fresh peach and hints of honey and spice. Supple, rich and fresh - showing the strength of the vintage - offering a lovely touch of sweetness and just enough acidity to its flavours of peach, lemon, flowers and stone.
Clean, bright yellow straw colour. Hints of tropical fruits, peach skin, white flowers (orange blossom) and light herbal notes. Fresh and crisp on the palate, with subtle citrus notes and good persistency.
Made from several parcels in the village of Morogues. Practicing organic, soils are plowed and completely hand-harvested. Aged in a combo of 70% tank and 30% wood (foudres and used 400L barrels) and for 11 months.
A classic style that is released ready to drink. Quite aromatic on the nose with a rich and powerful palate, quite full bodied for a Sauvignon Blanc and makes a great alternative to Sancerre.
A superb vintage that has wonderful concentration and backbone, with floral and mineral aromatic complexity, lemon zest, smoke and crushed chalk and glorious mouth filling depth. Fine balance and great finesse, with a capacity to develop. Drink this beauty over the next several years.
Bright yellow colour with golden hues. Expressive nose of flowers and exotic fruits. Fleshy and balanced on the palate, it complements the harmonious impression of freshness. Serve very cool (8-10ºC) with fish, shellfish or as an aperitif.
A silvery yellow, this wine is perfectly brilliant and clear. Exotic fruits and honeyed notes on the nose, a combination of delicacy and strength. The lively attack on the palate is in complete balance with the rich, fat structure. The finish is a caress of citrus fruits and a long vanilla sweetness, typical of grapes dried on the vine. This sweet wine has enormous potential. To be drunk cold at 8° to 10°C and pairs perfectly with foie gras and cheeses.
