Chateau d’Aydie Madiran L’origine 2017
A clear, brilliant, deep red. Complex on the nose with aromas of fruits (blackberry, cherry), floral hints (violet) and spice (pepper, vanilla). Full and pleasant on the palate, revealing rounded tannins. A full, rich wine with very fruity finish. Great with meals from beginning to end: roasted poultry, couscous, spaghetti, and sweet-&-sour duck breast.

Le Grand Verdus Bordeaux Superieur 2019
Merlot / Cabernet-Sauvignon
From this 400-year-old property comes a rich and round 2019 that’s drinking beautifully right out of the gate. This wine reflects the many parcels of vines at Grand Verdus. It is intense and fresh, with aromas of red fruits, exotic spices and licorice. A great example of the balance and freshness of the 2019 vintage.
Chateau Cedre Heritage Cahors 2018
Collemattoni Adone Toscana IGT 2019
95% Sangiovese, 5% Merlot. A knockout at its price point. Enjoyable now, with the addition of Merlot increasing the suppleness of the fruit and palate. Delicate aromatics of red fruits, underbrush, truffles, violet petals, and spices spring from the glass. Sleek and polished, with some mocha and gentle herbal notes adding to the palate.

Domaine Sainte-Anne Cotes du Rhone Villages 2021
Rich and complex with a deep ruby hue. Enticing aromas of ripe red berries, black currants, and black cherries tickle the nose with suggestions of clove and spice.
Medium-bodied and well-structured, the palate sings with flavors of dark fruit, cocoa, and tobacco. Firm tannins and great acidity lead into a long and satisfying finish, trailing with pleasant aftertastes of black fruit and spices.
It can age a few years for further complexity and depth, but is also fantastic now - especially with grilled meats, hearty stews, and mature cheeses.
Domaine Rabasse Charavin ‘Cuvee Laure’ 2020
85% Grenache (30 – 50 years), 15% Cinsault (30 – 50 years)
An intense nose of of red fruits, white pepper, sandalwood, cocoa, and tobacco. The palate is deep, intense, and perfectly structured with plenty of character and a long finish of sweet spice. Overall, it's a deep, fruity wine with plenty of character and fantastic with grilled red meats.
Domaine des Corbillieres Touraine Sauvignon Blanc 2021
A refreshing white wine that boasts vibrant acidity against a backdrop of bright fruit flavours. The nose presents citrus and tropical fruit aromas, followed by a lush palate of green apple and grapefruit, finally ending with a crisp, clean finish. A perfect match for seafood dishes, salads, or as an aperitif.
